Very disappointed with my experience today. July 30 2026, Around 7:20 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Fluffernutter Frozen Coffee. I was told they couldn’t make it because it was almost closing time and they had already cleaned the blenders. The store didn’t close until 8:00 PM, so there were still 30 minutes left. Customers should be able to order items from the menu during posted business hours. If the store is still open, the equipment shouldn’t already be put away. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

They are so kind here a awesome person in the front, makes my child feel welcome always! Lets her take her time and place her order. (Sje two and learning how to project her voice and place an order) Always kind and excited to see her with a friendly wave amd a hello! Makes our special treat day a hit! She always asks can we go inside!

Outstanding - there’s a wonderful human who works here- I have seen them in the drive thru and now inside, named Chaz. Such a light in my day, and really makes sure to create an atmosphere of care and attention. Highly recommend this location- and Chaz, you rule! Thanks for making my day a bit brighter, it’s not easy, keeping a smile on your face working retail all day and this human Chaz does it beautifully!!

Rude with attitude inattentive staff, always. Donuts not well stocked (and it was still morning). Only up side is it's across the street if you are waiting on an oil change!

Outstanding customer service today. I have an injury and was having a difficult time navigating the parking lot but a lovely gentleman named Gary had my back and helped me to get the caffeine I so desperately needed! The iced coffee was perfect, the donut fresh and the service friendly and top notch. Thanks again to Gary and the lovely gal at the window, you guys went above and beyond and I truly appreciate you! Even though its further out, its my new dunkin for sure!!!
